SCHAN was formed in 2014 as a 501©3 nonprofit, now a division of the National Agent Network ( NAN ), and whose purpose now is to encourage and educate ALL State Farm agents and leaders enterprise wide to ensure State Farm remains the leader in the property and casualty insurance business as we begin our second century in existence. We also distribute educational scholarships and provide community service when needed. SCHAN exists to:

Eloy Leal - President
Eloy was born and raised in Corpus Christi Texas and earned a Bachelor of Science degree from TCU. After working as a fire claims adjuster for two years, Eloy became State Farm’s first ethnic minority agent in the Fort Worth Tarrant County Texas area. He has achieved Ambassador Travel and Chairman Circle multiple times and is a lifetime member of the President’s Club. Eloy was chosen to represent Texas agents in the Agents Advisory Committee in Bloomington. He is involved with Big Brothers/ Big Sisters , the Lions Club and is active in his local church’s student ministries. Eloy’s daughter, Genna, and his son-in-law, Dustin, will bless him with his first grandchild in November .
